ARC Proposal Featured in BBC News

We’re excited to share that ARC Architecture has been featured on BBC News for our role in a major waterfront development in Weymouth. This project, for our client, aims to transform the former Ministry of Defence and Qinetiq site into a vibrant community space.

A New Vision for Weymouth 

The development will include:

• A 60-bed care home

• 141 new homes

• A gym and spa

• Coastal stabilisation works to protect the site

There will also be a coastal risk management plan and a biodiversity strategy to ensure a sustainable future.

Improving the Local Area

Weymouth Town Council supports the project, calling it a great opportunity to improve local amenities and boost the area’s potential. The site will also feature parking for over 200 cars and bicycle spaces, making it accessible to all.
